2. Eligibility
- Users must be 13 years or older to create an account or participate in competitions.
- Players under 18 should have parental consent to participate in any event or reward-based activity.
3. User Accounts
- Players can sign in using Google login or any supported method.
- We collect only username and email address for identification and leaderboard purposes.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it.
- Creating fake or duplicate accounts may result in disqualification or permanent ban.
4. Gameplay and Fair Use
- Players must not use cheats, scripts, or automation tools to gain unfair advantages.
- Scores are verified through server-side checks and may be audited.
- Any suspicious activity can result in leaderboard removal or account suspension.
5. Leaderboard and Rewards
- The leaderboard displays top players based on their performance and game scores.
- Season 2 (Dec 1 – Feb 15): The top 1 player of each game will receive a ₹500 reward.
- Rewards will be sent via UPI or other verified methods.
- Winners must verify their identity using their registered Google email address.
- Cheating or use of multiple accounts may lead to prize disqualification.
6. Game Data and Scoring
- All data (scores, ranks, and progress) is securely stored using Firebase Database.
- Data may reset after each season or special event.
- FalconixGaming’s decisions on scoring and rankings are final.
7. Intellectual Property
- All design elements, code, graphics, and games on FalconixGaming are owned by or licensed to us.
- Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, or modify any part of the website or games without written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
- FalconixGaming is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
- We are not responsible for technical issues, interruptions, or data loss.
- We are not liable for damages or losses resulting from the use of our platform.
9. Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in unfair play.
- Inactive or fraudulent accounts may be removed without notice.
10. Modifications
- We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the new date.
